Largest Christmas project underway
Touted as the world’s biggest Christmas project, the Operation Christmas Child begins with the Corvallis Nazarene Life Center serving as the collection point this year. This successful annual program began earlier this week.
The organizers are hopeful that they’ll get more than three thousand shoeboxes from local standpoint which would serve as gifts for women and children who are in need. The recipients will come from more than a hundred countries who have been affected by poverty, disease, terrorism, famine, natural disasters and even war.
