Ford, General Motors offer $50 gift cards in grand auto show
Last week, automobile giants Ford and General Motors offered $50 gift cards for recipients who signed up for a dealership and test drove their vehicles. This took place at the well-attended New York International Auto Show (NYIAS).
A wide array of auto giants’ newest releases was unveiled during the event. In order to entice customers to reconsider buying a vehicle despite these hard times, the gift cards were rolled out.
Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association President Mark Schienberg said that auto shows serve as a perfect opportunity for vendors to let the public know about their latest releases.
At the same time, prospective clients will get to test drive these vehicles and pick out their best choice.
He added that the gift card promotion is a great way to entice visitors to really consider buying a vehicle.
Gift cards provided by Ford can be used anywhere while the GM gift card are only for purchases made on the restaurants.com website.
The prestigious auto show took place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan and concluded last Sunday. However, everyone is still invited to visit the website for more information.
