America’s largest arts and crafts specialty store Michael Stores revealed in its recent survey that handmade gifts are gaining popularity in the country as evidenced with the spike in its sales for the second year in the row.

According to the survey, about 87 percent of the respondents believe that giving handmade gifts to their loved ones are more meaningful than those that can easily be brought from stores. By buying the materials at the Michael Stores, the customers get the chance to come up with unique gifts.
